Work on Jahre Viking is set back a bit.The etch fret arrived and it is perfect , however i manage to somehow make the original hull narrow by 6-7mm which is a lot, so a quick remedy is to add 3mm perpspex plates on each side and more putty  at blackened areas , and ofcource trim all surface detail and reposition correctly.Fortunately the stern and the bow are correct so nothing needs to be done apart from the widening of the hull, and a new mold.So all of the top detail needs to be removed, and replaced , and a new mold to be produced. Its a learning curve.

My last completed model for 2015 was the Combrig 1/700 SMS Seydlitz.
